Job Description:
- Coordinate Onboarding processes, prepare new hire orientation materials and oversee tasks related to new employees
- Maintain HR record and employees’ files in accordance with the Labor law
- Oversee the recruitment of assigned departments and the recruitment related tasks
- Work closely with the concerned departments for the payroll and other cross-functional activities
- Formulate a Performance Appraisal Mechanism apt for each department
- Participate in the HR initiatives for the growth of the department
- Manage HR related functions like compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, leave
- Increase employee engagement by addressing grievance, complains, inquires of the employees
- Formulate HR policies appropriate for the Organization
Education + Experience:
- 2+ years engaged in Human Resource or related field
