Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team. This position provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to develop a strong foundation in various HR functions. The HR Trainee will support the HR team in recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the department. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. 
  • Contribute to onboarding and offboarding efforts—create frameworks for educational sessions for new hires and feedback and exit interviews for terminated employees. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as required. 
  • Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities. 
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. 
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports, managing schedules, and maintaining files. 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential information. 
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn about various HR functions. 

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field. 
  • An internship or prior experience in an HR role is a plus.
