Job Description:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees for all HR related matters.
  • Create, maintain and ensure the consistent application of HR policies.
  • Ensure that all of the company's HR practices and policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Compile and maintain updated employee data.
  • Cooperate with the web department to publish data related to recruitment on the intranet and company website.
  • Define and lead the vacancy announcement, screening, selection, hiring and contracting process for new employees.
  • Ensure integration and adequate on- boarding training for new employees.
  • Enable Head of Departments to conduct timely meaningful performance  assessments and to provide regular performance feedback to employees.
  • Maintain the corporate structure by updating the organization chart, job requirements, descriptions, titles and salary bands for all positions.
  • Define and execute a training program, which meets the requirements of the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality related to the HR department. 
  • Execute the HR administration functions such as the running of monthly payroll, drafting employment contracts, issuing misconduct warning letters, maintenance of employee records etc.
  • Coordinate with Employees Provident Fund, Citizen Investment Trust, Himalayan General Insurance on employee insurance and benefit programs.
  • Measure employee engagement through annual surveys and utilize analytics insights to develop actionable plans to elevate the employee experience. Coordinate with the Head of the Department on a quarterly basis regarding HR policy, procedures and practices, employee turnover etc.
  • Organize employee events for staff welfare.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • MS Office Application, HRIS

Education + Experience:

  • Plus 2/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management or Human Resources
  • 1 Year of HR Related Experience
