Job Description:
Kalika Group is seeking to hire qualified candidates for their Hydropower sector.
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring required talents in the market by planning and implementing a company talent acquisition strategy
- Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
- Develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention
- Analyze the current HR process and implement the current HR laws and policies
- Assist in payroll management by administering leaves of employees, and maintaining proper employee database
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience in human resources or related field.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
