Job Description:
- Plan and coordinate recruitments, prepare job announcement and advertisements, notify applicants on status of interview etc
- Prepare variety of reports pertaining to HR activities
- Prepare and type memos, offers, appointment letters and other correspondence as required
- Receive applicants and maintain records
- Conduct initial new employee orientation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Solid communication skills
