Job Description:

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including record-keeping requirements and reporting obligations to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Review, develop and implement effective employee performance management system on evaluating performance, addressing performance issues and giving feedback and recognition to staff.
  • Manage the staffing and hiring process, from planning and reviewing staffing requirements based on existing and anticipated needs to final selection and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage retention and separation processes by conducting retention and exit interviews and ensuring accountability and asset clearance for exiting employees.
  • Review salary structure, pay policies, employee benefit programs, and employee recognition initiatives to attract and retain high-quality employees.
  • Serve as the Safeguarding Focal Person and ensure company’s culture, systems, processes, and policies are aligned with those of the company vision and mission
  • Manage HR systems and databases. 
  • Address employee relations issues and investigate issues related to discipline and grievances.
  • Manage over all office day to day operations, administrations and related external vendors.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including record-keeping requirements and reporting obligations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and mentoring administrative staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HRIS software applications.

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree in HR is preferable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in leadership HR and administration role.
