Job Description:

  • Takes the lead implementing and executing human resource policies, preparing employee handbook; conducts training sessions, and other communication forums.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to team and organization with HR management communication strategies.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in employee retention, morale, recognition, productivity, and incentives.
  • Promotes and reports on corporate milestones and activities such as company goals and projects; new products or services; and new hires, promotions, and retirements.
  • Development of KPI and framework to improve people management and remote work organizations.
  • Development of program management
  • Drafts and distributes reference materials such as open enrollment materials, leave management goal and performance review initiatives, and summaries of perks and benefits.
  • Oversee and operate daily office operations and administration
  • Communication Management
  • Identify the business opportunity for up-sale and cross-sale. 
  • Assist with designing and delivering HR-specific internal communication strategies, programs, and materials for all HR programs including policy-making, talent management, performance, benefits, etc.
  • Develop messaging and positioning to deliver meaning and help drive employee engagement.
  • Ensure business management and communication with clients and business partners.
  • Facilitate leadership communications with customers monthly basis and take feedback, testimonials.
  • Coordinate business communication across country.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with technology & software development companies.
  • Must have leadership quality, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education + Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR and Business management in IT industry
  • Bachelor/Master in relevant field
