Job Title: Guest Relation Officer
Job Description:
- Handling incoming guests
- Liaison with potential clients
- Counselling to the students
- Generating leads
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proactive attitude and result oriented
- Good command in English, both in written and spoken
- Persuasive communication skill
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Prior experience with BHM colleges/ hotel/ hospitality sectors will be an advantage
- Should be smart and extravert with pleasing personality
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and grow
