Job Description:
- Will be required to multi-task and deliver by reasonable deadlines set by the team head and relevant department head
- Will be asked to exercise creative muscles to come up with designs that display a strong sense of colour, style and aesthetics
- Must be a designer who is familiar with commercial design and values the importance of establishing effectiveness and clarity through good design
- Is expected to be professional by respecting deadlines and maintaining diplomacy
- Must have a pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Must not panic under pressure and ideally be a good communicator in both Nepali and English
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Will handle graphic designing responsibilities for a corporate company that owns several brands
- Design tasks include: traditional marketing collaterals such as print adverts, brochures and standees, as well as digital marketing material like social media posts and web banners
- Must also be able to do frame animation (create GIFs) and basic video animation
- Must be fully proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (expertise in using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Premier Pro would be a huge plus)
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree + design related certificate/degree
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience
