Job Description:
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on graphic design tools and digital illustration techniques.
- Develop course content, assignments, and projects to enhance learning outcomes.
- Mentor students, providing constructive feedback on their work.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training modules.
- Evaluate trainee's performance and prepare progress reports as per the timely presentation
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, CorelDraw, Sketch etc
- Strong communication delivery and presentation skills.
- Proven experience of mentoring aspiring designers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Graphic Design/ UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Prior experience in mentoring or conducting workshops.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design and illustration projects.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Illustrator (minimum 2-3 years).
