Job Description:
- Applicants should have a demonstrated record of providing excellent service
- Must have excellent communication (written and oral) skills in English and Nepali languages
- Possess strong leadership, managerial, and diplomatic skills, and
- Be able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Successful candidates should have experience in, but not limited to the following areas:
- Overseeing integration and monitoring of GESI strategies and implementation plans for agriculture, economic growth, and trade projects
- Working in activities targeting women, youth, and members of marginalized groups, including differently-abled persons and
- Training staff and partners on GESI.
- The candidate should also have strong communication skills.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's pass or Master's preferred
- A minimum of five to seven years of experience in gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) and/or another related field.
