Job Description:
Move your career up a level with a new role as Tech lead helping to build the customer-facing applications of Nepal’s largest VoIP & CXTech company! The company is expanding quickly with new Customer Service Applications, Automated IVR, and new SaaS products.
Voxcrow is looking for a Fullstack Team lead (Node.js and React) to create new development teams to drive the company’s digital evolution, ensuring teams wellness & make sure you organize timely refreshments (based on pressure & necessity) in coordination with HR & Finance department.
This role prioritizes Node.js and React at an advanced level.
- Designing, implementing, and operating customer-facing products to increase the entire customer service experience.
- Building microservices and self-contained applications including polyglot persistence.
- Building scalable and cloud-ready software on multi-tenancy architecture.
- Working in a team of software engineers, product owners and UI/UX designers in creating and continuously improving end-to-end solutions.
- Building & Leading mobile-first, customer-facing frontend applications.
- Improving custom tooling and libraries, used across multiple teams.
- Partner with our software engineers, product owners and UI/UX designers in creating and continuously improving end-to-end solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience in building, integrating, and operating highly distributed applications (Microservices, SOA, self-contained systems)
- Experience in event-driven architectures, messaging patterns and Apache Kafka is a plus.
- Excitement about creating end-to-end solutions for our customers.
- Passion for knowledge sharing and willingness to mentor other team members in best practices, code quality and tech frameworks.
- Agile mindset and full-stack thinking.
- Experience in building robust and maintainable frontend applications and REST interfaces.
- Excellent software engineering skills and solution driven way of thinking.
- Experience with React or other declarative UI frameworks is a plus.
You should be an expert in:
- NodeJS
- Elastic Search
- Relational DB (My SQL & PostgreSQL)
- Restful APIs design (OpenAPI, Swagger)
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- PHP would be a plus
- React (ReactNative would be a plus)
