Job Description:
- Room reservations including online Travel Agencies (OTA)
- Correspondence, reservation forecast, reservation attrition, room rate coordination with sales office
- Maximize rates & capture based on season
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of IDS or other Property Management Software
- Possess leadership skills to manage Front of the House
- Knowledge of OTA and Revenue Management
- BHM Degree preferred
Education + Experience:
- Should have Bachelor Degree
- 2-3 years of Supervisory experience in Front Office Operations within a star rated hotel
