Job Description:
Front Desk Officer will be regarded as the front face of our company and the first door to access the company services. Front Desk Officer is accountable for all the human intervention between clients and company.
Job Role:
- Be a Role player
- To be Front Desk Officer
- To engage and facilitate clients and visitors
- To understand an administrative process and act accordingly
- To play a vital position in grievance handling and client complaints
- To be a good communicator
- To be a bridge between administrative process and client handling
Job Responsibilities:
- Help and support team members
- Always present once self as a team member
- Identify and upscale the client issues with proper communication channel and documentation (Email, Reports etc).
- Always be ready to listen to the visitors and their queries
- Generate each day report on problem finding and resolution
- Give precise information to phone queries and in-person queries
- Help and support team members to scale Quality Enhancement in delivery
- Be presentable and confident
- Perform other duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing etc.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good communication skills (Speaking, writing and presenting)
- Experience with stress handling
- A good learner and a motivator
Reports To: The FDO will report to Administration head
Education + Experience:
- Bachelors in any stream
