Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. You will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the company. 
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual. Take and relay messages as necessary. 
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedules for visitors and staff, ensuring timely and efficient use of office spaces. 
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, filing, data entry, and assisting other departments as needed. 
  • Keep the front desk and reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times. 
  • Answer general inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees about company policies, services, and directions. 
  • Assist with internal communication and coordination between departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. 
  • Professional appearance and demeanor. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. 
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., phone systems, printers, fax machines). 
  • Provides excellent service to visitors, employees, and clients, maintaining a positive and professional image. 
  • Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to overall office efficiency.

Education + Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in office management or customer service is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply
