Job Description:
Company: Golyan Group - FMCG Division
Designation: Franchisee officer
Major Roles:
- Execute franchise recruiting from sourcing and initial contact through qualification, interview, and onboarding process into our brand
- Followup and hvae regular contact with franchise channels and expand the network
- Explore targeted areas for new franchisees and effectively develop strategies for those areas.
- Partner with prospective collaborators and vendors to identify strong franchise leads
- Execute programs aimed at retaining high-performing franchisees in the system
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience
Education + Experience:
- BBA or any relevant degree
