Job Description:
- Collaborate with the existing Flutter team to develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using the BLoC pattern within the Flutter framework.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable, and reusable BLoC architecture for Flutter applications.
- Work closely with the team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in creating technical documentation and guidelines.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to the BLoC pattern best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in Flutter development and proposes innovative solutions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of Flutter framework, Dart programming language, Flutter SDK.
- Experience in developing and maintaining mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of mobile app development concepts, including UI/UX, responsive design, and integration of backend services.
- Proficient in code architecture patterns and frameworks, with a focus on BLoC Architecture for Flutter.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in adapting and improving BLoC architectures for existing Flutter projects.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing methodologies for Flutter applications.
- Knowledge of RESTful API integration.
- Prior experience in mentoring or guiding junior developers

Education + Experience:
