Job Description:
Who are we looking for?
- Drafters to draft accurate floorplans
- Editors to edit real estate photos and videos presentations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
What are we looking for in you?
- Have experience in drafting floorplans and/or experience in using the Adobe editing software for photos and videos
- Have the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Be an excellent communicator in English both verbal and written
- Have an eye for detail
What do we expect from you?
- Draft floorplans based on sketches the customer sends with accurate dimensions and detailing.
- Edit real estate photos and videos.
- Be proactive, Self-motivated, Detail Oriented and Organized
- Good Communication Skills
- Positive Learning Behavior
- Minimum availability for 40 hours per week
What do you need?
- Willingness to work from home
- You have direct access to a decent computer in good working condition
- Good and reliable internet connection
Education + Experience:
- Have Diploma in Architecture, Design or any relevant degree
