Job Description:
- Verifying and recording the supplier’s bill as well as processing as per payment schedule
- Work in close co-ordination with store, receiving and purchase team and ensure necessary controls and compliance with company policy and guidelines
- Preparation agreements and various financial reports as required
- Check and apply for renewal of insurance policies in timely manner
- Performing timely reconciliation of accounts and ledger
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
- Execution of other task as assigned by Financial Controller
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in MS word, powerpoint and excel
- Strong Communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Knowledge of Income Tax and VAT
- Sound knowledge of Nepal/ International financial reporting standards and knowledge preparation of financial statement in compliance with NFRS/ IFRS, knowledge of financial regulations
- In depth knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software, excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Preference will be given to candidates having CA intermediate qualification and have completed three years of article ship training
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in 5 star hotel
Education + Experience:
- Semi Qualified Chartered Accountants
- More than or equal to 2 years' experience in accounting or auditing
