Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON) is an award winning national umbrella network of youth-led organizations, which acts as a platform for collaboration, cooperation, joint action and collective endeavors between youth organizations in Nepal. AYON currently has 92 youth led member organizations from all provinces of Nepal. Job Description:
- Serves in managing overall administrative and financial tasks of assign project activities.
- Responsible for developing best systems of financial and administrative management, documentation, monitoring and reporting
- Well informed on updated tools of financial management and documentation
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the concern authority and stakeholders
- Highly qualified on Supporting and execute projects implementation through excellent result oriented performance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Additional skills like experience in advanced accounting software and knowledge of auditing
Note: All the positions are for 1 year, with the possibility of extension depending on funding availability and performance
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business studies or Businesses administration with minimums 5 years of experience, Master’s degree preferred with 3 years related work experience
