Job Description:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Prepare Projected Balance Sheet and other Financial Statements
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Analyse raw material consumption and finished goods production reports from factory and analyse variance and ensure control.
- Summarize stock reports and analyse variances
- Reconcile creditors & debtors accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Prepare bank reports as per requirement and submit on timely basis
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Self-motivation and commitment
- Proven working experience in Trading Company and manufacturing companies of Nepal will be required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds
- Preferred knowledge of accounting software (Swastik)
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Education + Experience:
Should be Semi-qualified Chartered accountant under ICAN or ICAI
