Job Description:
- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
- Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
- Producing long-term business plans
- Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
- Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
- Corresponding with Government agents and Offices.
- Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure books are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
- Preparation of various financial reports and IRD related documents
- Journals, Tally Admin, Monthly vat File, Purchases bill settlement, Fund Rotations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Cheerful personality, well groomed
- Must have the knowledge of Microsoft office tools
Education + Experience:
- Should have completed Masters Degree in related Field
- 5-8 years’ experience in Real Estate or Finance
