- The Field Coordinator will be responsible for supporting support overall provincial and local government level program management and implementation as instructed by the TAF Nepal Country Office
- The Field Coordinator will be stationed at their designated province (2 and Karnali), tasked with overseeing coordination of TAF’s interests in the municipalities, while frequently visiting the TAF Country Office in Kathmandu and other program implementation sites as deemed necessary by the program; guaranteeing frequent communication and the accurate relaying of information
- The Field Coordinator will be the liaison between elected representatives of partner province and municipalities, municipal officials, respective provincial government, other relevant stakeholders, and along with its implementing partners in the municipalities
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience:
- At least have one year of experience with local government.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in development studies, law, public policy, public administration, political science, economics, statistics, international development, social sciences, or any other relevant field is preferred
