Job Description:
We are looking for an ERPNext / Frappe Framework Developer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for self-managed people who can work without constant supervision.
As an ERPNext / Frappe Framework Developer, you will be responsible for customizing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions, primarily with Frappe Framework and ERPNext Software Solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to meet the specific needs and requirements of the enterprise administration and operations.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for one or more of the following tasks depending on your skills and prior experience.
- Customize ERP system modules to meet specific enterprise needs and requirements.
- Develop ERP system solutions including custom applications, modules, scripts and integrations.
- Implement ERP software upgrades, patches, and enhancements as required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and propose solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors within the ERP system, providing technical and functional support ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including code documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Conduct system testing and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality. Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive data within the ERP system and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementations and provide technical support and training of ERP system software.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum Requirements:

- Proven experience as an ERPNext / Frappe Framework Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Javascript programming languages.
- In-depth knowledge of Frappe ERPNext framework, architecture, and modules.
- Strong proficiency in relational database management system like MariaDB.
- Experience with ERPNext / Frappe Framework customization, development, and implementation.
