Job Description:

The E-commerce Associate is responsible for supporting and executing various online sales strategies to drive revenue and improve the digital shopping experience. This role involves managing product listings, coordinating promotional campaigns, monitoring inventory, analyzing sales performance, and optimizing the online user experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for digital marketing, and is eager to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee online strategies and operations.
  • Create, upload, and manage product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications. 
  • Collaborate with the content team to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all product listings. 
  • Monitor product inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Assist in processing online orders and handling any order-related issues. 
  • Support the development and execution of online promotional campaigns, including seasonal sales, discounts, and special offers. 
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote e-commerce campaigns through social media, email marketing, and digital ads. 
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to products, orders, and returns, ensuring timely and professional communication. 
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and stay updated on industry trends.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms  
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. 
  • Customer-focused approach to enhance the online shopping experience.

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business 
  • 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
