Job Description:
- Develop strategies for content creation as a driver of quality leads and branding
- Develop, manage and create templates of communications for various media platforms
- Manage & monitor the work of the marketing team including, content writing, advertising (Adwords / Facebook), website calculators, newsletter to clients, creating other content as required
- Generate high quality leads for the mortgage broking (banking) division
- Report to senior management about Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage our brands thus we need someone to have excellent communications skills
- Hire to fill any skill gaps in the team together with the assistance of the Recruitment team
- Work with senior management and consultants to decide on the marketing strategy and then executing said strategy
- Perform ad-hoc duties where necessary
- You’ll also be involved in other new and exciting projects as they come up
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven experience of delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns for at least 3 years, however, 5 - 10 years experience is preferred
- Outstanding leadership skills; possess the ability to work with contacts at all levels of the organization to develop compelling offers and drive growth
- Excellent written and verbal English skills to effectively communicate the company’s brand message and strong data analysis skills to extract value from reporting tools
- An ability to adapt to the ever-changing digital space in the current environment and keep up to date with the changes in the Australian mortgage industry (banking)
- Ability to work independently and under deadlines for a wide scope of projects
- A business savvy individual with a curious and creative mind plus meticulous and exceptional attention to detail
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in management or marketing
