Job Description:
- Implement and monitor CI and CD infrastructure in Cloud Platform (Azure).
- Write application deployment automation using standard deployment and configuration tools.
- Design and implement continuous delivery pipelines that serve the purpose of provisioning and operating client tests as well as production environments.
- Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Industry standard tools and services.
- Document automation process.
- Work with developers to identify necessary Azure resources and automate their provisioning.
- Implement and stay abreast of Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling.
- Identify the issue and loopholes in the CI/CD process to automate the process and make it secure and reliable.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyze and derive DevOps requirements.
- Provide system and application support including responding to monitoring alerts and assigned jobs and tickets.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience & Skills:
- Hands on experience with Azure CI/CD and Azure Function.
- Hands on experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, Microsoft power platform etc.
- Excellent knowledge of DevOps Practices and DevOps tools.
- Excellent knowledge of Build pipelines such as Azure pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions e.tc
- Good knowledge of Bug Tracking tools and Testing tools.
- Excellent knowledge of container and orchestration tools (Docker, Azure Containers, Docker SWAP, Kubernetes)
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server Operating System & Unix System.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Application Architecture and Distributed Applications Architecture both on-premises and Cloud
- Excellent knowledge in scripting (Python, PowerShell, BASH etc.)
- Good knowledge of Relational Database (SQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with the Documentation process (Implementation & Troubleshooting).
- Solid understanding of Web Application
Competencies:
- Good command of Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel, Power Point
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Multitasker and a good team player with ability to handle work pressure
Certifications
- Microsoft Azure certification is a plus
- Any other Microsoft certifications
Education + Experience:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in computer engineering, science, IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in DevOps environment.
