Job Description:
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with other software developers, product owner and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and mobile-based business applications built on various technologies.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans.
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. Package and support deployment of releases
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Prior 1-year experience in a technical leadership position
- In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with JavaScript Stack - NodeJS and React JS
- Comprehensive understanding & must have Expertise on writing unit, integration, and automation test with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
- Familiarity with Firestore database - Circle CI, Code review
- React Native Experience and Next JS understanding– Good to have
- Should be able to join within a month
Education + Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Software Developer
- Worked as a full-stack developer with React as front end and Node Js as backend
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a team lead
