Job Description:

Job Description

  • Responsible for the overall management of the company
  • Supervision and implementation of the ongoing construction work accordance to the work schedule
  • Report to the top management on regular basis about present activities and situation of running projects of the company.
  • Provide guidance to project managers and project executives in evaluating contractual matters including changes, delays, directives and notices of concerns to mitigate risks and protect the Company's interests.
  • Review of insurance policy, lodge proper claim against risk, follow up of insurance claim and deal with concerning agencies.
  • Deal with joint- venture team, sub-contractors and support team members to make proper agreement

Other Specializations:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Auto CAD, MS Office programs and other basic computer skills
  • Excellent inter-personal, networking, communication, and leadership skills

Education + Experience:

  • Master's degree in Civil engineering or Master’s degree in Construction Management  or Master's  Degree in Management field 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a manager in construction company/related field and minimum 5-7 years of field and office experience in construction works
