PMsquare is looking for a seasoned Data Architect with a proven track record in architecting performant & highly-scalableData Platform and delivering highly scalable Data Platform with following key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data architecture solutions.
- Design and develop data models, databases, and data pipelines that optimize data storage, integration, and retrieval.
- Establish and enforce data governance and security best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate data storage and processing technologies to meet specific business needs.
- Work closely with data engineers and analysts to implement ETL processes and data transformations.
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to leverage AWS (Amazon Web Services) and its relevant technologies for scalable and efficient data solutions.
- Ability to understand the business requirements and to decompose for further analysis

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
- Experience with AWS and its relevant technologies, including but not limited to Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, and AWS Lambda etc.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
- Certification in data architecture or related fields.
- Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with data streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka) and real-time data processing.
- High priority will be given for Professional AWS certification holders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in data modeling and database design principles.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data integration techniques.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and columnar databases.
- Familiarity with data modeling tools and ETL tools.
