Job Description:
- Acquire data from database team (eSewa and F1Soft database management) and maintain all data for future reference
- Filter and clean data for easy interpretation of data by the concern personnel
- Interpret data and help develop reports and analysis
- Work with team member to prioritize the information needed
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Market Intelligence
- Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
- Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow towards achieving the organizational target
- Work closely with inter-related department and teams from F1Soft and eSewa and Banks to align with the campaigns ran by them
- Be available as a resource for senior marketing professionals who need assistance with completing large project
- Assist in Competitor & SWOT Analysis
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Should have a strong Interpersonal skills
- Analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Must have two-wheeler for market visit
- Excellent communication (oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
