Job Description:
Customer Service Representative is responsible to support both business and operational functions with accountability. You will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the teams in handling customer inquiries in the e-commerce platforms and emails. Fast, concise and clear communication is key as is cross-functional relationships with global and local teams.
- A good listener and with an empathetic ear to understand new and existing customer’s needs
- Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Handle and process online and WhatsApp orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Liaise with production, packaging, shipping, and other stakeholders as and when needed
- Document action steps taken in computerized systems
- Stay up to date on company products, features, and programs as well as industry trends
- Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
- Go above and beyond advocating for every customer concern and request in emails and
- eCommerce platforms
- Communicate with clients passed on by the business development team
- Promptly identify and resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Every day, we get a lot of messages to inquire about products, place orders, change orders, or know how far the shipment has reached. As CSR, your core job is to give your best and solve any query of customer without losing calmness.
