Job Description:

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling outbound calls, chat handling, providing post-operative care support. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with clients regarding their inquiries or appointments.
  • Address and resolve clients issues and complaints in a courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately.
  • Provide detailed information and support to clients in real-time.
  • Provide post-operative instructions and support to clients after their procedures.
  • Ensure clients feel supported and cared for throughout their recovery process.
  • Accurately enter customer information and service details into the company’s database.
  • Maintain and update client records with precision, ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a tely manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Patient and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work.
  • The working schedule will be six days a week, 8hrs a day.

Education + Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in chats and call support.
