Job Description:
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling outbound calls, chat handling, providing post-operative care support. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to follow up with clients regarding their inquiries or appointments.
- Address and resolve clients issues and complaints in a courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately.
- Provide detailed information and support to clients in real-time.
- Provide post-operative instructions and support to clients after their procedures.
- Ensure clients feel supported and cared for throughout their recovery process.
- Accurately enter customer information and service details into the company’s database.
- Maintain and update client records with precision, ensure all data entry tasks are completed in a tely manner.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Patient and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work.
- The working schedule will be six days a week, 8hrs a day.
Education + Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years experience in chats and call support.
