Job Description:

  • Responsible for software configuration, documentation, implementation, training, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM,
  • Support existing client base with support issues that arise
  • Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations to improve client performance
  • Meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to clients’ satisfaction
  • Identify assignment conflicts and issues and communicate to engagement Project Manager
  • Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers’ businesses

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Hard Skills

  • Proven experience of delivering CRM solutions or equivalent consultancy roles
  • Have an industry recognised qualification (Bachelor in related discipline etc.)

Demonstrated Ability To:

  • Analyse and understand business problems
  • Model data and processes
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions
  • Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing

Familiar and Experienced In:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Implementation Methodology and Project Management tools
  • Industry Knowledge (Should be well versed in Sales, Marketing and Service operations)

Soft Skills

  • High degree of insight and analytical skill
  • Team-oriented; willing to align work with team’s priorities and goals
  • Able to influence, negotiate and build consensus
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
