Job Description:
- Functions as a guardian of the brand, ensuring that anything that includes our brand adheres to our brand standards and consistently expresses our brand voice.
- Provides design leadership through influence, perspective, communication, confidence and collaboration with stakeholder groups and senior leadership.
- Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Assures that all communications are clear and concise and deliver the intended message.
- Collaboratively works with Brand organization to shape your brand essence, voice, and visual identity with the support of the creative team and brand partners.
- Works alongside other teams in Marketing to push the creative expression of our brand to new levels of excellence.
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques
- Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
- Defines and maintain standards for environmental design (stores, signage & offices).
- Possesses ability to provide design/copy feedback and leadership while thinking strategically/broadly about business, future state, and opportunities.
- Assist clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Leads, mentors, creative sessions and collaborates in a team-oriented workplace.
- Bias to coach and provide clear, transparent, and timely feedback.
- Passion to foster career growth for all individuals on the team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A mix of agency and in-house experience is preferred.
- Someone with animation/video art direction is a plus.
- Experience leading and managing a wide range/number of projects simultaneously.
- Strong, well-rounded portfolio that demonstrates a passion for shaping brands and creating meaningful connections with customers.
Education + Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of creative experience - ideally as a creative director. Experience as a copywriter and/or graphic designer is preferred.
- 2+ yrs. senior creative management experience.
