Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, a passion for design, and an impressive portfolio showcasing their work. As a Graphic Designer, you will work on various exciting projects and collaborate with the marketing team and clients to create designs that effectively communicate their message and enhance their brand image.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-quality visual designs for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral
- Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within the given time frame
- Ensure that all designs are error-free, visually appealing, and consistent with the client's brand image
- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate them into design projects
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to present designs and receive feedback
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns
- Design and produce a wide array of media
- Develop our company brand to increase brand presence
- Having knowledge of company brand guidelines and the ability to create them is an asset.
- Experience or knowledge in content writing and digital marketing is considered an advantage.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in using graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) also familiar with tools like Canva, etc.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Basic knowledge on UI/UX Designing Tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation software.
- Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
Education + Experience:
- Relevant work experience of 3+ years
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity
