Job Description:
- Coordinate various faculty searches and maintain faculty search database
- Assist in screening and selecting faculty applications
- Manage orientation, training and relocation for new faculties
- Provide support and guidance to academic trainees
- Prepare and maintain student records according to district policies and administrative regulations
- Provide counselling services
- Work with parents, teachers to address students’ behavioural, academic, and other problems as a lead counsellor
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Must have IT skills and pleasant personality
- Visionaries with 360-degree managerial skills for the exponential growth of the school
