About this role
We are looking for a Content Writer to join our editorial team and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides and marketing copy. If you’re dedicated and ambitious, Grepsr is an excellent place to grow your career.
As a content writer, you’ll be working with teams across the company (and sometimes across countries) to create valuable content to educate our customers and wow our prospects. Your work will have you fiddling with taglines on website pages, writing blog posts for feature announcements, putting together thought leadership posts for guest publications, sketching educational collateral, framing scripts for feature videos, building presentations to better explain features, and so on.
What you’ll do:
Produce well-researched content for publication online
Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content
Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials
Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results

Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or Journalism, or any discipline related to our content categories and/or proven 1-2 years of experience in writing or content development[preferred]
Research on the latest trends in content marketing, blogs, keyword planning et cetera
Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing team including Tech, Design, Sales, Customer Success to create and execute content marketing strategies depending on the nature of the task/campaign
Create, revise, and ensure consistent and accurate content across the blog, social media, and other related platforms
Research, Write and Edit original SEO ready content for company websites, blogs, online communication, and content assets including case studies, emails, newsletters, technical documentation, customers et cetera
Manage and monitor the Content Management System for blog publishing
Reporting of all the content marketing related tasks to managers in Nepal and New York

Senior Content Creator will be responsible to serve clients with high quality digital marketing service, with work scope ranges from creating daily social media content to video scripting, branding, concept creation, and also to supervise and monitor Junior Content Creator.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with designers’ team to execute content marketing strategy.
Work with multiple owners of particular content to revise, measure and ensure consistent, accurate content.
Research, write and edit original SEO ready content for company websites, blogs, online communication, and content assets including case studies, emails, newsletters, technical documentation, social and more.
Repurpose and optimize existing content for digital channels.
Ensure content is aligned with personas and stages of the customers’ requirements.
Edit and provide feedback on other content creator work, with an emphasis on quality and quantity
Ensure to monitor and meet project deadlines and track the progress
Provide feedback and recommend new content ideas to help strengthen our creative content and implement them
