Job Description:
Reports to: Research and Partnership Manager
Department: Research and Partnership
The Content writer role is designed to be a full-time member of our Research and Partnership team and position yourself to build upon your experience. A proposal writer is a position which adds value to the organization by creating documents in proposal forms that convince our clients/customers to support a project or enter into business arrangements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Researching, writing and organizing ideas
- Understanding client requirements
- Prepare project proposal with the help of technical team
- Use company templates for proposals in order to maintain a sense of consistency within the department
- Work as part of a team to offer suggestions for improvements or ways to streamline the process
- Communicate in a professional and credible manner
- Identify opportunities, plan approach/methods, collect data, analyze data and prepare reports on different ideas/topics
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required:
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to write persuasively and articulately
- Integrity and honesty regarding confidentiality is must
- Ability to meet work deadlines
- Willing to work in odd hours
Preferred:
- Engaging and outgoing personality - Able to listen to and comprehend client’s expectations - Excellent research skills
Shift: Standard (10:00 AM to 06:00 PM)
Education + Experience:
- Bachelors level in management or relevant stream
- Minimum one year of experience in similar role
