Job Description:
- Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, support and repair computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment
- Implement OS updates (Windows, macOS), software upgrades or installs, security patches, clean/remove malware, activate and support mobile devices
- Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers and administrative systems
- Create and update users in active directory
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues and liaise with ISP for the uptime guarantee
- Assist the information technology administrators with configuration, maintenance and monitoring of access servers, routers, switches, Microsoft servers and Internet servers including DNS, radius, web, login administration, e-mail, network monitoring and print servers
- Be willing to work non-traditional hours when necessitated by business requirements or system failure.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Computer and other hardware troubleshooting and repair, Office application (Outlook, Word, Excel), Operating System and Network troubleshooting and update.
- Working Knowledge on Office 365 licensing and management, MacOS and its applications.
