Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal is a non-political and non-profitable organization established in June 2002 in Rautahat District of Nepal. Since then, RDC is heavily engaged in humanitarian assistance, community development, conservation of natural resources, and environmental protection mainly in the Terai region of Nepal through the dozens of humanitarian and long-term development projects.
In partnership with Islamic Relief Worldwide, RDC Nepalis starting an Equal and Just Society by Reducing GBV in Rautahat district project inRajpur and RajdeviMunicipalities of Rautahat district. RDC Nepal is seeking qualified, dynamic, and motivated Nepali citizens on following positions for successful implementation of the project.
Position: Community Mobilizers (3- Nos.)- local female resident preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least 2 years of experience in community mobilization.
- Good understanding of gender and protection issues, women empowerment.
- Demonstrated coordination skills with local stakeholders
- Demonstrated skill in engaging community leaders, women groups, and children
- Fluent in local language (verbal at least)
- Fluency Nepali communication (both written and verbal).
- Sensitive and responsive to Gender, Age Diversity and Social Inclusion
- Good interpersonal skill
Education + Experience:
- Intermediate degree in social sciences or in any relevant discipline
