Job Description:
The Communication and Media Officer is expected to strengthen the communications and media work of CSD by engaging the broader Microfinance related advocacy issues and raising CSD’s profile, primarily through communication tools, media and events
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent in English and Nepali (written and oral)
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Must be of a pleasant and confident personality
- Experience with hosting and managing events and publication of journals and newsletter both in Nepali and English in print and media is preferred
- Technical Knowledge of digital videography and photography together with non-linear editing is not a strict requirement but will be an advantage
Education + Experience:
- Masters’ Degree (Preferably an MBA or Mass Communication/ Media or related discipline)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (Communication/ Media)

Job Location: Primarily based on Kathmandu but may require travel outside
