We seek a skilled and experienced Cloud Network Engineer/Cloud Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage our cloud-based network infrastructure. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring network security, and optimizing performance on cloud platforms and custom solution delivery provided by development or configuration tools.

Responsibilities:

• Covering all aspects of firewall administration such as hardware, operating system, encryption tunnels, VPN, and- operations of firewall rule sets
• You engineer security solutions and standards based on requirements, best practices, and technical knowledge.
• You participate in network security planning and network engineering.
• You perform scopes of work as detailed in the implementation plans assigned, such as system builds, test plans, documentation, and training.
• You implement and deploy data and network security projects, Change Management, ongoing maintenance activities, and network engineering support.
• You enforce network security strategies and procedures.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Configure firewall rules, IPS, routing, and VPNs.
• Execute service requests and document changes (such as new environment builds, significant changes, and version upgrades)
• Perform various system administration duties on core infrastructure, application, database, and other servers, including engineering, installation, break/fix troubleshooting, data protection, and optimization.
• Azure infrastructure enterprise-level projects that design and deploy cloud environments for hosting business application services.
• Working closely with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirements are reflected appropriately in the Azure design.
• Designed, tested, and implemented application service migrations in both a manual and automated manner.
• Provide expertise and leadership regarding solutions for infrastructure and applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in cloud computing across multiple streams.
• Develop technical roadmaps for future Azure cloud implementations.
• Ensures security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions.

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure Solutions will be a great advantage.
• Passion for continuous improvement and advancing technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of the following: Cloud-native architecture principles.
• Modern architecture techniques (e.g., event-driven architectures, stream processing, event sourcing/CQRS, Event storming);
• In-depth experience architecting complex Azure public/private Cloud platform solutions (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS);
• API design and security practices.
• Containerization and PaaS approaches and tools (e.g., Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker Enterprise, Azure Stack);
• Ability to work with ambiguity and visualize solutions for emerging concepts.
• Experience architecting and implementing both PaaS and IaaS enterprise solutions.
• Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments required.

• 2+ years of experience as a cloud Network Engineer/Cloud Solutions Architect.
