Job Description:
- Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with clients to ensure that deals are finalized and implemented with proper MOU
- Manage and enhance relationships between the company and its clients
- Provide support services to the existing client base while ensuring high usage and renewal of Sparrow SMS products/services
- Coordinate with Inbound Marketing team for activities related to events, campaigns and social media content related to both Sparrow and its clients.
- Plan for and represent the company in various events and promotional activities
- Plan for better user experience for clients
- Supervise Inbound Marketing Officer
- Coordinate for all campaigns for Sparrow SMS’s own services
Education + Experience:
Education Level : Bachelor
Experience Required : More than or equals to 1 year
Other Specification
- Bachelors degree in management preferably with specialization in Marketing
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Nepali (spoken)
- Excellent team player
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Good at taking new initiatives
