Job Description:
- Interact with clients on the phone, internet, and face-to-face in a professional manner.
- Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation.
- Continually expand your knowledge of our business in order to.
- Accurately answer question and address client concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up to date client files.
- Investigate and pursue client leads, expanding our client base, conduct basic administrative tasks such and copying and filing.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Officer or related
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; IT industry knowledge is a plus.
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
Education + Experience:
- Should have Bachelor Degree in BBS/BBA Marketing or related field
