Job Description:
- Need to prepare design of roads, cost estimation, rate analysis, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), specification of work for buildings including sanitary and plumbing part, specification of work of Reinforced Cement Concrete RCC Bridges etc.
- Have work on different project like building construction, Bridge, Road, water supply and irrigation etc.
- Need to work independently with flexible timing
- Need to solve problem with good analytical mind under pressure situation
- managing parts of construction projects
- Overseeing building work
- Undertaking surveys
- Setting out sites
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Supervising contracted staff
- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience in preparation of GIS based Maps are highly encouraged to apply
- Having proven experience on detail design of roads, cost estimation, rate analysis, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), specification of work

Education + Experience:
