Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Gross Salary: Attractive package reflecting competencies and experience.

Working Days: 5 days a week (Mon-Friday, 900am to 530pm)

As COO, you will drive, direct, administer and coordinate the activities of the firm in line with its established goals, values and objectives.

As an aspirant for the position, you will serve as a key advisor to the CEO and take overall responsibility for the operations and management of the company. You are required to assist the CEO by taking over the managerial and business leadership of the company.  You will also assist the CEO to formulate plans, strategies and objectives of the company. In administrative and management roles, you will take overall leadership of human resource management and optimise the organisational structure to deliver the qualitative output for company and client. You are also required to support projects and program by mentoring and deploying project management tools to ensure the successful delivery of the projects / Programme. As COO you will take a lead role to explore the opportunity to develop/promote businesses for the company reflecting in your approach to current challenges and opportunities.

• Master’s in any field related to the company activities.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in progressively higher administrative and managerial roles.
