Job Description:

Company: Golyan Group - FMCG Division​

Designation: Chief Financial Officer

Major Roles: 

  • To lead and manager the Accounts and Finance of the company to ensure compliance to system and ensuring work is up to date
  • Preparing financial statements, business plans, forecasting and budgets for management 
  • Regularly undertaking audits, involving the examination of the organization’s accounts, analyzing risk, inspecting the organization’s current practices, investigating any financial irregularities and recommending improvements
  • Producing and analyzing annual and monthly accounts along with required financial reports as and when required
  • Dealing with, and advising on tax issues, ensuring compliance with tax legislation & policies
  • Liaising with banks for reconciliation, interest revision, negotiating terms, documentation and any other required work 
  • Oversee the company’s fiscal activity liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure prudent accounting practices in all group companies
  • Assure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company.
  • Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks in coordination with leadership team and management
  • Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Ledger Scrutiny, Monthly P & L Management and ensure Monthly Book Closure
  • Oversee and manage manufacturing cost control and analytics including export commercials and incentive accounting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong Finance planning & Control
  • Book - Keeping and Accounting Control

Education + Experience:

  • MBA Finance or Qualified CA
  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG or relevant industry
