- Here's How You'll Be Spending Your Week:
- Collect and analyze information for publications
- Organize and oversee social media work, content and write story according to prescribed editorial policy, style, format, and standards
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Gather and verify factual information regarding news through the interview, observation, and research
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Ability to adapt to changing forces
Job Description For Cameraman /editor
- Camera management on shoots (building, operating, etc.)
- Edit content for various mediums including but not limited to short-form documentary, brand videos, shorter form social vignettes, social recipe videos, etc. etc
- Manage and catalogue all video related data in an organized, easily searchable fashion (footage, audio, project files, etc.)
- Work with team to assemble and secure all of the necessary pieces of a video shoot pie
- Basic animation of type on social pieces, banner ads, etc. We like to mix medias so animating a border or illustration over an image for social happens often
- Content ideation and development. The creative world is your oyster, with no idea too out there, and no story too outlandish to tell. We are a run and gun team excited to execute on the best of ideas, regardless of where/who they come from
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
We're Looking For Reporter Who:
- Can Upgrade personal knowledge, skill and competencies as per environment
- Can Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
- Critical thinker and has good problem-solving skills
- Has Excellent English Language proficiency
- Good in time-management skills
- Has very good Communication Skills:smooth talker, storytelling, awesome presentation skills and a strong sense of who your audience is and how to fulfil audience needs are critical
Cameraman Requirement
- 2 years of shooting/editing experience
- Proficient knowledge of and experience building and operating various camera systems.
- Experience working with a video crew and working side by side with other specialties etc.
- Strong desire to tell stories through video medium
- Expert in Adobe Premiere or comparable editing software
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects
- Basic knowledge of other editing software as well as Photoshop, In-Design, and ability to work seamlessly with In-Design/PSD/TIFF/PDF files
Education + Experience:
- M.A. / M.C.J.(Masters in Mass Comm. & Journalism)
