Job Description:
- Deliver high quality customer focused engagement service to ensure that customers have the opportunity to be effectively involved in developing, shaping and monitoring all services
- Provide an efficient support service across for customer involvement across the organization
- Develop opportunities for involvement in all areas of the organization to ensure that the service continues to address customers continually changing priorities
- Assist in the promotion, support and development of all Involvement approaches, policies and action plans
- Research best practice to assist with the development of all customer engagement approaches
- Facilitate clients/customers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in management preferably with specialization in Marketing
- Familiarity with CRM
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Nepali (spoken)
- Excellent team player
- Positive attitude and high zeal to learn
- Cheerful personality
Special Requirements:
- License holder preferred, owning a two wheeler
- Willing to work on Saturdays
- Evening/Night Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
